This Assassin Hero Becomes Weak After the New Patch, Don’t Get Banned Again!
There is one Assassin hero who is actually quite big in nerf Mobile Legends and makes this hero weak in our opinion in the new patch.

Nerf Joy Mobile Legends
Passive
- Increased Maximum movement speed decreased to 60%
Skills 2
- Base Shield dropped to 80-130 (previously 130 at all levels)
ultimate
- Cooldown increased to 40-24 seconds
So many skills are nerfed, starting from passive, to ultimate. Only skill 2 is buffed even though it’s only early for the base shield.
Of course, the most noticeable thing is Joy’s passive, the reduction is quite high, namely 40%, from the existing 100% it was reduced to 60%.
Apart from that, of course the Ultimate feels very long for you to use in the early game. Maybe the item build will change a little where cooldown items can be an option in the early game for Joy because of course Ultimate is an important source for Joy to be able to mess up the backline.
Because of that, we think this nerf will be quite felt for Joy and could make her break free from the current tires.
Whether in rank or hero competition, Joy is indeed one of the priorities that players ban and is a favorite for Explaner or Midlaner roles.
