Helcurt’s reason for being banned
Through the announcement after the new patch update, it was stated that the reason for the Helcurt hero ban was because they found a problem with the Helcurt hero which caused an issue when played.
Therefore, the solution for now before it can fix this problem is tires. So, you can’t play the Helcurt hero either rank or Classic.
