MDL ID S8 Open Qualification is Open Again, Here’s the Registration Tutorial!
Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Development League (MDL) Indonesia has entered its 8th season. MDL Indonesia again opened open qualifiers (open qualifiers), to open up even wider opportunities for talented MLBB players who have dreams of becoming athletes or professional players.
If last season the team registration for the open qualifiers was held for one week, this time the period has been extended to two weeks. Registration for the MDL Open Qualifiers will be open from 22 May to 4 June. The way to register for the team is very easy, just visit the official MDL Indonesia website at https://id-mdl.com/qualifier then fill out the form and submit on the same page.
“This is a form of our consistency in continuing to develop the esports ecosystem in Indonesia. Esports4Everyone, everyone can have the opportunity to get involved in the world of esports and even achieve the dream of becoming a professional player and athlete. Later, the two teams that made it into the grand finals in the open qualifiers will directly compete in MDL Indonesia Season 8 without having to go through the MDL Play-In,” said Azwin Nugraha, Public Relations & Communications Manager of Moonton Indonesia.
MDL ID S8 Qualification Stages
The MDL Indonesia Season 8 open qualifiers are divided into three phases, starting from the audition phase and the group format that will be held single elimination (BO1), to the knock-out phase which will use the Best of 3 format. According to the plan, these three phases will be held on June 15-18.
The requirements for a team to register for the MDL Open Qualifiers are that the team has never participated in a professional tournament, consists of a maximum of six players (five core players and one substitute), has a coach, and has jersey as well as the team logo.
“Obviously very pleased with the holding of open qualifiers for MDL Indonesia. In the previous season, this was a place to prove for Yasbih, both as an individual player and as a team, that Yasbih, who incidentally is a new team, can also compete with professional teams. This is also a big step for our players, who all come from the public, towards their dream, which of course is to become a pro player,” said Rio Pradhana Rizanda, Yasbih Esports Owner.
