Old players must be familiar with playing this one game, from the storyline, characters and some other general information.

The character Lilith herself is the key to the origin of mankind throughout the storyline of the Diablo series and becomes the main vallain or villain in Diablo 4.

Lilith made her debut in Diablo 4, as the main antagonist. However, the boss character model Andariel in Diablo 2 uses his name as an easter egg for fans. This is not considered as an appearance by Lilith, because the real Lilith is still sleeping in that part of the story.

In the story of Diablo, Lilith is the daughter of one of the most powerful entities in the world, namely Mephisto, the ruler of hatred and in some circles is considered the daughter of Auriel, sister of Lucion.

Lilith is also very congenial and romantically related to Inarius, the Former Archangel. The relationship led to the creation of Humanity and Nephalem.

Lilith Diablo, more commonly known as The Queen of the Succubi who is a demon trapped in the never-ending war between Burning Helss and High Heavens, Lilith seeks to forge a new world between the two that will fight endlessly in A Sanctuary.

Later Lilith fell in love with the Archangel Inarius and together they created the human world Santuary as a place for their descendants to live in peace without any interference from Angels or demons.

Because their offspring were half demons and angels, they became a new race known as the Nephalems. However, their union and the creation of this new race is seen as an abomination in Hell and Heaven.

The Nephalem race then became powerful, so powerful in fact, that their very existence was seen as a threat by their respective former allies. This made the forces of heaven and hell turn their attention to the holy place, attacking and slaying the Nephalem race before they got too strong.

In Lilith’s despair, Lilith goes mad and becomes an evil force that goes beyond simply protecting her family, deciding that the only way to live in peace is to conquer or destroy Heaven and Hell, and wage war on both.

Seeing no other option, Inarius then exiles the now tyrannical Lilith to the Void – as he cannot bring himself to kill her.

The Nephalem eventually evolved into what we know as humans and became so numerous that identifying who was human and who was Nephalem became nearly impossible. The events between Diablo 3 and 4 will see Lilith return.

As we saw in the Diablo 4 trailer, there is a cult in Sanctuary dedicated to him, and it looks like they can restore it now that the Prime Evils and Aegis Council have been destroyed by the events of Diablo 3.

Lilith will be a central character in Diablo 4 as she has been summoned with the Sanctuary largely removed from Angels and Demons and an opening available to build a new troop.

Players will have Lilith in their sights and is the main antagonist of the game. It’s likely that Inarius will factor into the story shrouded in his former love and mother of the Nephalem race.

Lilith may be trying to recruit player characters to her cause, as they are likely to be Nephalem herself. While Lilith is certainly a more sympathetic villain than Diablo.
