Milestone rewards and a referral reward program was also launched through the official Arena Breakout website. In-game items will be distributed to all players who pre-register globally after the milestone is reached. Milestone prizes include:
- Milestones: 500,000 players – Registered players will receive 926 medical devices and simple surgical tools.
- Milestone: 1 million players – Registered players receive an AMP7 assault backpack and FA versatile chest rig.
- Milestone: 2 million players – Registered players get a 6B4 helmet and KN assault body armor.
