This item is a new Starlium Scythe item, this item is a combination of Calamity Reaper and Shadow Twinblades, where the item is quite strong because it takes a combination of both.
Passive provides true damage as well as additional movement speed which is quite high, very suitable to be combined with the Quantum Charge emblem on the latest emblem system.
Both of them will provide additional movement speed when the hero gives a basic attack to the opponent.
Valentina’s combo is indeed quite close and is usually interspersed with basic attacks when her skills are cooldown so it is quite suitable and turns out to provide high movement speed.
Suitable for melee Mage heroes like Valentina who are usually used to chase opponents, different of course when you use Mage heroes like Yve or Pharsa who can deal damage from a distance.
