Skill 1

• Cooldown: 10 seconds at all levels >> 16-14 seconds (scales with level)
• Duration: 3 seconds >> 5 sec
• New effect – Frontal Damage Reduction: Any 10 Physical Attacks Addition increase Damage reduction as big 1%, up to 60%

Skills 2

• Cooldown: 10-5 seconds >> 6 seconds on all levels
• HP Recovery: 25-100 + 35% Additional Physical Attack >> 50-100
• Attack Speed ​​increase: 200% at all levels >> 100-200% (scales with level)

ultimate

• Hammer Craft: 15% Lifetime >> 15% Critical Chance

You could say skill 1 is not much different even though there is a reduction in cooldown so it is slower because the duration is longer.

Apart from that, there is a pretty good new effect where the more Physical Attack items the more damage reduction.

Skill 2 is faster for the early game even though it is a little slower in the late game for cooldown, but the compensation is reduced in the early game to increase his attack speed.

Lastly, there is an Ultimate, which has changed from previously getting an additional lifesteal, now an additional critical chance. Of course it will hurt more when Aulus takes out his Ultimate.
