Winning the FFCS SEA Cup, AAA Continues Thailand’s Domination in the World of Free Fire Esports

Attack All Around (AAA) officially won the SEA Cup Free Fire Clash Squad (FFCS) tournament after beating Nigma Galaxy with a score of 4-1 in the Grand Final, Sunday (23/7/2023). Thanks to the win AAA got the lion’s share of the total prize pool worth US$50,000 while strengthening Thailand’s dominance in the world Free Fire esports scene.

The Return of the King FFWS 2022 Sentosa

Attack All Around or AAA is a Thai team that has a myriad of achievements both at the Thai domestic level and at the international level. One of their highest achievements is winning the Free Fire World Series (FFWS) 2022 Sentosa tournament.

Unfortunately, this team’s performance has decreased, starting from their appearance in Free Fire Thailand Pro League Season 7 in August-November 2022. They failed to perform optimally and had to settle for 9th place in the tournament and made them fail to advance to FFWS 2022 Thailand.

Slowly, AAA began to rise by improving their performance in 2023. They won 5th place in the Free Fire Thailand Championship 2023 to qualify for the FFCS SEA Cup. It was in this tournament that they again showed their ferocity by beating strong teams like RRQ Kazu from Indonesia, Buriram United x Evos, and beating Morph Team in the Final Qualifier round.

Entering the Upper Bracket Final round, AAA for the first time lost to Nigma Galaxy with a score of 1-3. After that defeat, they had to enter the play-off round against EArena. Through a fierce battle, AAA managed to win with a score of 3-2 over EArena and advance to the Grand Final to fight Nigma Galaxy again.

Unexpectedly, the favorite Nigma Galaxy was unable to move much in front of AAA in the match ‘All Thailand Finals’ in the Grand Finals. AAA put in a brilliant first half to take a 1-0 lead over Nigma Galaxy. But that didn’t last long because Nigma Galaxy managed to equalize in the second half. Unfortunately, that victory was their final point in the Grand Final. Three rounds in a row, AAA wiped out Nigma Galaxy to close the match with a final score of 4-1!

Time to rest and clean up for the Indonesian Team

Even though they failed to achieve maximum results, Morph Team has shown their best as the only team from Indonesia in the Final Qualifier round. In their second international tournament this year, Morph Team had to go home after being defeated by EArena with a score of 0-3 in the Playoffs. Previously, they also fell from AAA in the Final Qualifier round with a narrow score of 2-3.

Nevertheless, cheers #FFINDOBERSATU keep burning to support each other team from Indonesia to be able to continue to excel on the world stage. Now is the time for Morph Team and other teams from Indonesia to rest and improve in preparation for the opportunity to compete in the next international tournament.

The long journey to the next series of international Free Fire tournaments will begin with the qualification round Free Fire Master League (FFML) Season 8 which is currently ongoing through the tournament Free Fire Nusantara Series. A fierce battle between community and professional teams to fight for the final seat to FFML Season 8 will be coming soon. This qualification is a momentum for Morph Team Cs to improve as well as monitor their potential opponents in the future.
