Hanabi’s 2nd skill can be said to have been slightly changed where she will now be able to bounce like her passive but no longer give her mana.

Ultimate (Skill 3)

Now Higanbana will be able to bounce to enemy heroes around and give an Immobilize effect to opponents affected by the skill and also when the Higanbana blooms it will give additional damage to the opponent.

You can see for yourself that now in Hanabi’s revamp the skills are stronger and there is the potential for OP, especially the Ultimate which can give additional damage to the opponent when it explodes.

Moreover, skill 1 is now moved to passive so it no longer needs to be activated when you want to use it and of course it won’t be wasteful anymore.

Skill 1 can be useful when you will get a gank or avoid enemy skills because it can provide a passive equivalent shield first.

What do you think, is it true that it will be more OP or just ordinary?
