The 12 teams will be divided into two groups with 6 teams in each group that will qualify for the main round.
Later, there will only be 1 winning team who will be entitled to win the President’s Cup trophy as well as represent Indonesia at the 2022 IESF World Championship in Bali.

- All matches in the group stage are played in the format BO2.
- Get 2 points when win 2-0
- Earned 1 point for drawing 1-1 games.
- Earned 0 points for losing 0-2 games.
- Top 4 teams from each group will advance to the Playoffs.
