Tower of Fantasy (ToF) re-introduce Simulacra SSR level named Saki Fuwa who will attend November 10, 2022! Who is he and what are his strengths?
Who is Saki Fuwa?
Saki Fuwa is the captain of Security Special Forces in Mirroria, his hometown. He’s the only real human in the squad Security Special Forces, because he never underwent any biomechanical modifications at all.
He likes the ancient fighting style of kendo, and often wears the traditional kendo uniform.
Saki Fuwa is Simulacra which uses the element Frost. He uses his flagship weapon called Heartstream.
This weapon can give effect Ice Shell, where when hit by an attack, the enemy will freeze and be affected Frostbite which reduces charge rate enemy weapons.
Heartstream also have Frost Resonance, where whenequip with two or more weapons Frost other, Frost ATK and Frost Resistance owned by Heartstream Will increase.
Apart from the prowess of wielding her weapons, Saki Fuwa’s other skills are superflow, an ability to focus completely on a single point that can result in incredible attacks and combat power!

Attack
- Attack Saki Fuwa’s property consists of Flowing Springs, Heavenbreak Waterfall (jump, attack), Surging Heart Style – Vortex (hold attack), Frostfall (jump, hold attack), Calm Style – Broken Spring (hold attack in fashion Calm Style) as well as Frigid Tide (dodge, attack).
Skills
- Surging Heart Style – Glimpse of Ning Quan: When used, skills it will release dash towards the enemy, stopping the enemy’s movement and giving delayed damage.
- Calm Style – Gathering Springs: In a state of charging, skills it can absorb damage. After charging finished, the enemy will be hit Frost damage based on damage previously absorbed.
- Passive: There are two modes passive skills, that is mode Surging Heart Style and Calm Style. Surging Heart Style give Frost ATK to the enemy while giving recovery health self from damage which are given. Calm Style give block against enemy attacks and when block successful, then the enemy will be hit counter attacks.
- Heart of Lotus: Moment weapon charge full or when Phantasia triggered, skills this will remove all debuff then give attack combo on the enemy.
