Just Rising, Carmilla Will Be Nerfed Like This!
It’s a shame it’s bad news for the hero Carmilla because even though she’s just been buffed and is quite popular, this hero must get nerfed in the new patch later.

The nerf is very large because there is one skill that is nerfed, namely:
ultimate
- Links slow effect reduced from 60% to 30%
- Cooldown increased from 40-30 seconds to 48-40 seconds
You can see for yourself, the recently revamped skill, Ultimate, is back on nerf. In our opinion, this is quite severe because the nerf is very large.
In our opinion, the Ultimate is also quite balanced and not too OP or strong. It’s still within reasonable limits and because of that change Carmilla got out of Goa after so long not using it.
It’s a shame because Carmilla can finally be used and maybe it will be an attractive choice for the M4 World Championship event later.
Seeing this change, we are not sure players want to use Carmilla because the nerf is relatively high.
