The series of Free Fire Esports 2023 tournaments will begin soon through the Open Qualifier and Region Qualifier stages towards the Free Fire Master League (FFML) Season 7 which will be held in January 2023.
These two qualifications are the first part of the four qualifying phases for FFML Season VII.
All Survivors in Indonesia can register from 26 December 2022 to 8 January 2023 directly in the Free Fire game via The Arena Mode.
The series of Free Fire Esports 2023 tournaments will present different things with the presence of Region Qualifiers in 6 major cities in Indonesia.
This new qualification stage will provide greater opportunities for community teams in various regions in Indonesia to show their skills and become part of FFML Season VII.
This makes FFML Season 7 even more inclusive and challenging compared to previous years.

FFML Season 7 Open Qualifiers and Region Qualifiers
In the Open Qualifier round, Survivors will compete in The Arena Mode which can be found directly in the Garena Free Fire game on January 8, 2023.
A total of 144 teams that qualify will advance to the Quarter Final Open Qualifier round on January 14, 2023.
In this round, Survivors will be divided into 12 groups and only the top teams from each group will qualify for the Final Qualifier round on January 15, 2023. The top 6 teams from this round will advance to FFML Qualifier Phase 1.
Meanwhile, Region Qualifiers will be held in six major cities, namely Bandung, Jakarta, Medan, Solo, Surabaya and Makassar. The Region Qualifier will be held offline on January 7 2023 for Bandung, Medan and Makassar, and Jakarta, Solo and Surabaya on January 14 2023.
There will be 6 strongest teams representing each city to fight again against 6 teams from the Open Qualifiers in FFML Qualifier Phase 1 on 21 January 2023.
Only the top 6 teams will qualify for the FFML Qualifier Phase 2 on January 27, 2023. In this round, they will face a tougher battle against 6 teams from FFML Season VI Division 2 (Positions 13-18).
The 12 teams competing in this round will compete to secure the top three positions to advance to the FFML Qualifier Phase 3 on January 28, 2023, or the day after Phase 2.
The journey towards FFML Season 7 will be even fiercer in Phase 3 because the three teams will again compete against 9 teams from FFML Season VI Division 2 (Positions 4-12).
The top 6 teams who are able to secure the top spot will advance to FFML Qualifier Phase 4 on 29 January 2023.
In this final battle, the six teams will face 6 teams from FFML Season VI Division 1 (Positions 13-18). Only the top 3 teams from this round will advance to FFML Season VI Division 2.
With the addition of these 3 teams, a total of 18 teams will compete in the highest Free Fire esports competition in Indonesia: FFML Season 7.
Not only fighting over the crown of the king of Free Fire Indonesia, all teams will also be fighting over the total prize pool worth IDR 1.2 billion as well as a ticket to represent Indonesia in the Free Fire world championship next year.
