Leaked Banner 3.4 Genshin Impact, OP Character Re-Run?
Even though the first 3.3 phase banner hasn’t ended yet, leaks for the next version of the banner already exist.
Several trusted leakers have provided information about the characters that will be present as re-run characters in that version.

Leaked Phase 1 Genshin Impact 3.4
There are Alhaitham and Yaoyao as characters and Xiao as a re-run character. Indeed version 3.4 will coincide with the Latern Rite and Xiao is indeed a character who is always present at the event. So, it’s not surprising that Xiao will be a re-run character for this version.

No less surprising and OP, there are two re-run characters including the SS tier in the second phase.
