Raiden Shogun and Ayato Re-Run Banner Coming, Mandatory Gacha?
Information has arrived about Raiden Shogun and Kamisato Ayato’s re-run banner in phase 2 of Genshin Impact 3.3.
This banner will be available on December 27, 2022. Before the Wanderer and Arataki Itto banners disappear, you have to know, do you have to gacha the next banner in phase 2 or is it better to gacha the current banner (phase 1).

Banner Raiden Shogun and Kamisato Ayato are Better
Actually there is no definite answer about this. However, speaking of character values in terms of F2P or Free player, of course these two re-run characters are far F2P compared to Wanderer and Itto, where both are Hypercarry Main DPS characters that require quite a high investment.
As for Raiden Shogun and Kamisato Ayato, they are Sub DPS or support characters that are quite cheap.
Indeed, previously Raiden Shogun was also a Hypercarry character who had an expensive build, but with the Dendro element he can build Hyperbloom quite cheaply.
For Ayato, it is clear that the character of Hydro is a good enabler where the Hydro element is usually much needed by the team, for example playing Vaporize, Freeze or now Hyperbloom.
In terms of banners, it actually has more or less equivalent values, where there are no mandatory 4-star characters like Bennett, Xiangling and Xingqiu.
The three 4-star characters on the banner are quite specific, there are Main DPS Pyro, Geo support, Anemo support, Electro support and Cryo Sub DPS.
Universal Weapon Banner
Speaking of banners, of course we won’t forget the weapon banners, which of course you have to see from the 5 and 4 stars.
Raiden Shogun and Kamisato Ayato’s two signature weapons are quite flexible and can be used by many characters, not just those with weapons. While the Itto and Wanderer banners are quite specific where Tulaytullah and Redhorn are only the maximum for the owner.
Besides that, the 4-star rated weapon is also good for banners from Raiden and Ayato.
So, in conclusion, the Raiden Shogun and Kamisato Ayato character banners are arguably a little better than the Wanderer and Itto banners, the weapon banners are arguably much better and whatever you get can be used even if not for the owner of the weapon.
You could say the banner is a win-win solution for those who want to have a good 5-star weapon.
