Go to Favorite Hero and check the hero you want to change
Enter the Heroes menu and click the download portrait skin button what you want to display
Done, your skin is visible on your Favorite Hero
You could say it’s very simple and quite easy. You can also see other skins on your friends’ favorite heroes.
It all depends on the row of skins from the heroes that you have downloaded. If indeed all the skins of the heroes are available, of course you can see them too when visiting your friends. Conversely, if you don’t download it, of course you can’t see it either.
