Skill Leaks from Revamp Minsitthar MLBB, Will it be more OP?

Passive
His passive has changed a lot in Minsitthar’s revamp because it’s no longer in the form of support but can provide CC in the form of a stun.
Every time Minsitthar attacks an opponent using either a basic attack or a skill will give a mark to the opponent. Where if the opponent is hit by 5 marks will get a stun after being hit by an attack from Minsitthar. This passive has a cooldown of 6 seconds for the same opponent.
Skill 1
It’s still the same as being able to attract opponents, the difference is that after being revamped it can immediately attract many heroes at once in that skill range. So, it’s very possible to attract many opponents at once in one straight line.
In addition, if the opponent is attracted in the circle area (end of skill 1 Minsitthar) the opponent will get a stun before being pulled.
Skills 2
Minsitthar’s 2nd skill mechanically hasn’t changed much but the effect is very different. Previously he only dealt damage and stun, now he will be able to reduce the damage with his shield by 50% as well as increase the attack speed of his basic attacks so that he can provide a faster passive stack. This effect can be obtained for 3 seconds.
ultimate
There is no change from the Ultimate skill from Minsitthar, the effect is still the same, only there is a change in the animation which is more HD and cooler. But a slight change at a greater usage distance and the damage is reduced.
