On January 13, 2023, MOONTON Games will spearhead the inaugural M Summit to guide esports and gaming stakeholders in discovering the vast opportunities in the industry. This year’s forum will be a stage for leading speakers and experts to discuss trends in Indonesia’s mobile esports ecosystem, new commercial opportunities in the esports economy, and the keys to holding successful tournaments and building a professional esports team.

The event will kick off with keynote speeches led by MOONTON Games Regional Esports Lead Sophie Guo, Head of Esports Ecosystem Ray Ng, and Regional Esports Sales Head Adrian Cher. The three will share more about MOONTON Games demographics, partnership model, achievements, and the 2023 Esports Roadmap.
M Summit will also host a dinner and networking session for every attendee to connect and share possible opportunities for collaboration.

First panel discussion, “What are the upcoming trends and opportunities in Indonesia’s growing esports ecosystem?” will bring together Rex Regum Qeon CEO Andrian “AP” Pauline, Mineski Global Esports Director Agustian Hwang, GroupM Indonesia Partner Supplies Lead Francisco Tinangon, and Deputy Chairman of the Digital Economy and Creative Products Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy Muhammad Neil El Himam.
This topic will analyze the main pillars of the ecosystem and how stakeholders from various industries can navigate through the rapidly evolving esports environment. ByteDance Public Policy & Government Relations Lead Faris Mufid will moderate the panel.
The Second Discussion Comes with an Equally Interesting Theme
“New opportunities in the mobile esports economy” will be the theme of the 2nd panel discussion. Panelists included Mana Partners Co-founder Jamie Lewin, Head of Esports Vidio (EMTEK Group) Willy Tjahyadi, and GWI Senior Manager for Corp. (APAC) Handi E. Yusajap.
The panel will investigate the emergence of new creative waves that support the growth of the entire mobile esports ecosystem. Senior VP Community & Esports UniPin and Luna Nera Female Gaming Community Founder Debora Imanuella will be moderating the panel.
Ending with a Classy Theme
Lastly, topic “Expanding the MLBB Esports ecosystem: What are the opportunities in creating partner events with MOONTON Games?” will be discussed by RSG CEO and Co-founder Jayf Soh, Head of Social ONE Esports Trent Davis, KINCIR CEO Rangga Danu Prasateyo, and PBESI Deputy Treasurer Diana Sutrisno.
Panelists will look at successful case studies of hosting third-party MLBB tournaments, creating MLBB-related content, and building professional teams. Ray Ng will be moderating the panel.
