Hogwarts Legecy appears to spawn easter eggs for Slytherin students in the appearance of secret rooms or chambers. Hogwarts Legecy takes place in the late 1800s, about 100 years before Harry Potter. However, that doesn’t mean that the game is without direct references to the Harry Potter books and films.
Harry Potter and the secret room get special attention from Hogwarts Legacy. Players can not only go to the bathroom that leads to the secret room door, but players will get several missions regarding Salazar Slytherin to provide some knowledge about the plans for the room.
Then as players know about Harry Potter and the secret room, it has a key component of the Slytherin plan which is a large basilisk hiding in the room, and it seems that the basilisk can only be seen in the Hogwarts Legacy video game.

Although players must be a Slytherin student to gain access to the room, players can still enter there without having to create a new character. Hogwarts Legency players can enter one of the public rooms, so if you are a Gryffindor, Ravenclaw and Hufflepuff student you can still try to see the basilisk for yourself.
