New Japanese Horror Corpse Party Game Will Be Released Soon!
For those of you who are lovers of Japanese horror games, what else have you watched Corpse Party, surely you will be familiar with this game.
Game Corps Party 2021 was launched by MAGES in 2021 yesterday.
In an interview with Dengeki (via Noisy Pixel), Director of MAGES, Makoto Asada, announced that the new Corpse Party game is currently under development, which will launch worldwide.

The New Corpse Party Will Be Released In Summer 2023
In the interview Makoto Asada said:
“In addition to the titles releasing this summer, we are currently working on a new Corpse Party game! This new title will have completely different visuals from 2D pixels. So much so that you (players) might even question whether this is an adventure game from MAGES,”
Makoto Asada continued that many of the old staff had returned to work on the game.
Then Makoto Asada explained the concept of Corpse Party with a new scenario by making the horror elements stronger.
“The story will be remade from the original? No, this will be a new Corpse Party with a new scenario. Perhaps the only thing that hasn’t changed is that the game focuses heavily on sound, much like the previous title. Still, we’ve created stronger horror elements, so I hope not only fans of the series, but horror game fans in general, can enjoy the game.”
It’s still not confirmed when Corpse Party will be released but it’s been set for summer of the year 2023.
Corpse Party is a survival horror and adventure game that was first released in 1996. Since then there have been several games that have been released globally. Finally, Corpse Party 2: Dead Patient Neues, which was released in 2019 on PC.
