CS:GO Record Player Because CS:GO2?

CS:GO2 is real? Last month (February 2023) CS: GO broke the three-year record for concurrent games on the Steam platform, this time with over 50,000 players.

According to SteamDB, the current CS:GO player record is 1,378,447. It was a major record for February 2023, starting with 1,320,219 players playing concurrently before reaching 1,324,800 and was expected a week later.

The new record was set again on Sunday, March 5, 2023 at 08.00 ET or at 20.00 WIB. Most games will break player records when Europeans come home from work, and Asia begins to retire to sleep.

But everyone waking up at the same time makes the player spike even higher, as can be seen from the SteamDB chart.

But for now there are only 915,073 for CS:GO players, but that still makes CS:GO the most popular game on Steam so far.

For a new record that has appeared in the CS:GO game, there have long been rumors that there is a CS:GO2 that has been developed by Valve for a long time, but for now the source says that an Open Beta will be coming soon.

With many players currently playing CS:GO for now, it’s unknown how many will switch to the new game once it’s announced.

Valve is still looking for incentives for new platforms. But this is still speculation, because basically Valve hasn’t made an official announcement yet.

Hopefully in the future Valve will announce CS:GO 2 either for this year or next year.
