5 Best Features Update PUBG Mobile 2.5

On March 16 2023, PUBG Mobile will have an update, or more precisely an update to 2.5.

The PUBG Mobile developer has provided information on what features will be provided for today’s update. Players will see PUBGM’s fifth anniversary themed gameplay content.

With that, players are required to install the new version that will come in order to experience the new features, what features are there? Let’s see!

1. New gameplay theme – Imagiversary

For the 2.5 update, Tencent will release a new themed gameplay mode, Imagiversary, on March 18, 2023 to celebrate the 5th anniversary of PUBGM.

However, the gameplay has a time limit until April 19, 2023. During the specified date you will be able to play new areas, namely Imagination Plaza and District, Erangel and Livik.

For Imagination Plaza it will be a wider area and have lots of chests. On the other hand, the Imagination District is smaller but provides more sophisticated equipment in a smaller proportion.

As well as the Imagination District and Plaza, you’ll also find themed items like Block Covers, Portal Trampolines, Dual-Purpose Cannons, and a Supply Converter feature (for backpacks) in Imagiversary’s gameplay based on Livik and Erangel.

2. New gameplay system – World of Wonder

World of Wonder is a new mode or gameplay system from the PUBGM 2.5 version, which will come with the latest patch update.

Currently, Erangel, Coral Reef, Jade Realm, and Bird’s Perch are the map templates that will be available in the game. Players can give their imaginations free rein on this map by using officially provided objects, decorations, and buildings to create their own scenery.

3. The tank will appear in the Playload

Playload mode based on the Erangel map, will see the release of a Tank which can be summoned using the “Tank Flare Gun”. Apart from Tanks, Payload will also provide several updates related to the Supply Shop, where players can recall their teammates using Shop Tokens.

In addition, the game’s Super Air Drop and Super Weapon Crate will have the opportunity to provide the M202 quad-barrel rocket launcher.

4. Newest attachments and slots

The developers introduced a new tactical attachment and slot for the DP28 and M249 in the form of the Gun Shield. This will allow the player to protect against enemy fire by opening automatically when in a prone position. Also, DP28 and M249 are optimized after the PUBG Mobile 2.5 update.
