IGL T1 Xeta: We Are Top 3 Team in VCT Pacific! Number 3 Shocking!
The T1 Valorant team has become one of the teams to watch out for in the VCT Pacific League 2023. This new team has shown an astonishing increase in performance.
In the early days, before the league started, there were lots of fans and analysts who might not see T1 as one of the teams to watch out for. But after 2 weeks of rolling, they showed that they are one of the favorite teams to win.
They were able to win over Global Esports 2-1 and also Talon Esports 2-0 in the first 2 weeks of the league and are currently the team that tops the standings (before DRX vs Global Esports results).
IGL T1, namely xeta, gave his opinion to SPIN Esports through an interview after defeating Talon Esports, about the current T1 team and who are the best teams in the 2023 Pacific VCT league.
T1 Xeta: Best Second Team T1 in VCT Pacific League
SPIN Esports managed to ask xeta what T1 is like right now because most of their players didn’t come from leagues in Asia Pacific in 2022 yesterday.
According to xeta, currently the team is still adapting to the Korean/Pacific playstyle because they are still used to the playstyle in North America.
“Right now we are still adapting to the Pacific playstyle, so maybe now we are still playing more like the North American (NA) team” xeta said.

Naturally, because their players like Sayaplayer Previously on The Guard team, xeta with Cloud9 and tire with the Knights playing in North America in 2022 yesterday. Coach T1 Autumn also coached the North American team last year.
According to the IGL, he feels they are one of the 3 best teams in the Pacific VCT 2023 league. But he still doesn’t know who the third team might be, which is between 2 teams from Southeast Asia.
“We are a top 3 team at the moment. DRX is number 1, 2 is us and third I think is Team Secret or PRX but I believe it is Team Secret for now” it was also proven by Xeta’s words where Team Secret had defeated Paper Rex in week 2.
T1 in week 3 will face one of the favorite teams to win, namely Paper Rex. Xeta also gave his thoughts on this upcoming match up.
“Yes, it is very difficult to prepare against the playstyle of barbarians like Paper Rex. I can’t wait to play against a chaotic style of play to see how we match up against them” xeta said.
Before ending the interview, Xeta also said he really wanted to fight one of the players from Indonesia, namely forsakeN. Because he is the younger brother of his good friend, Kevin “xccurate” Susanto, and wants to fight against the Susanto family.

Week 3 will be a big week for T1 and Paper Rex. Can xeta and T1 be able to show they are indeed the second best team in the Pacific right now, or can Paper Rex bounce back after losing to Team Secret in week 2.
