8. Cyclops
Cyclops is a slightly weak hero, even though he has a lot of burst damage, Cyclops has thin blood and his CC is only in the ultimate skill.
9. Eudora
Eudora the Mage hero who is relatively weak is also because he walks long enough and doesn’t have a blink or dash and Eudora is less useful in team fights.
10. Vexana
Vexana is a weak hero because she is easily attacked and locked by enemies, so she can’t escape easily.
